About

Compassionate Care

It may not feel like you make sense right now, but you do. Your behavior, thoughts, and actions provide vital information about how you adapt to your environment. Unfortunately, many of us are stuck with old patterns that made sense at one time but don’t work now. Regardless of your age, effective counseling involves uncovering and appreciating your adaptive genius. Together, we can help you understand your past, interpret your present, work towards your values, and build new skills for the future. In my practice I take into account the whole person, their environment, and their preferences for therapy. We will collaborate to discover your unique story and what is most important to you. Then, we will agree to a plan that helps you work towards what you care about. My objective is to help you enjoy life now and in the future. Safety, kindness, hope, and respect for clients are my values.
